While I don't normally do so, it has become a new segment of the hobby 
to illuminate the leading edges of the wing, and inside with LEDs and 
fly at night.

It tries one's skills even more to fly with significantly less reference 
than is had during daylight hours.

Here in the Northern Virginia area, we've even been on the news as being 
reported as UFOs.

It's fun, but it has its higher level of hazards.
