[AMRadio] Can they 'really' know?

My experience was a neighbor complained to the FCC that I was bothering his 
TV when he was watching the 10 o'clock news.

I got a visit from an OO. He found out I had a 6M model airplane 
transmitter. The news was on Channel 2. We lived in a channel 2 fringe area. 
The neighbor had an antenna in poor condition.

The OO told the neighbor to get his antenna fixed. And he suggested that I 
don't use the transmitter between 10 and 11!

No FCC visit or notice!

I had more complaints from my wife in the early days when all we had for the 
TV was Rabbit Ears!
