I didn't bad mouth the man, I don't even know who he is, I just know I contacted him, he offered his services, and he not only did not deliver, he never attempted to reconnect upon subsequent attempted contact.  Maybe he was new at running a business, and he learned over the years, but first impressions can run off customers better than bad breath.
