Listening to Tim on the air is WHY I became a Ham. and my first HF was a DX-60 that I got only partially assembled and it is still my main rig. No Rice Boxes here.

There is no limitation to the fidelity of AM radio. From a mathematical standpoint, AM does better in frequency response than FM. - Leonard Kahn
