Apparently, but I do get to use full Extra priveledges and I'm having a BLAST with my radio hobby. I LOVE learning about
 radio electronics and I aspire to build some transmitters. I will work ANYONE with the proper ticket class for the mode and frequency that operates in the spirit of good will and respect. 

 What am I missing?
