[AMRadio] The Noise on 3713

I don't know much about it, because as my signature line will explain, 
I would not benefit in any way from using the mode, but it is some 
form of digital sstv. As Jim said, the sound is completely different 
from the analogue slow scan that we are used to hearing.

I think the resolution on this digital mode is somewhat higher, but I 
haven't taken the time to read the fine points. It certainly does make 
a racket.
