Rick, probably the best way to dig a hole under a driveway might be to attach a high pressure nozzle to a long piece of PVC and "dig" a hole using hydraulic pressure.

You might want to put some sort of 'curve' in the PVC so you can go in at an angle and come up on the other side.

I think I remember you saying you needed something like 15 feet... you'll probably have to join a pair of 10' pieces of PVC together. to accomplish this task.

Afterwards, you might want to use a wet-vac to suck a ping-pong ball through the pipe with some 'jet-string' attached to it, to chase water out of the pipe (and to have string on the other side to pull the coax through with).  You could also tie a rag to the line at some point, and drag it through a couple of times to get any residual moisture out of the pipe.

Just some other options tossed out there.  I don't agree with the sealant on the ends, but some weather-proofing grommets could be used so that you could pull another cable through (like rotor control cable, remote coax switch, etc...)

Perhaps this might stimulate other ideas.
