Jim - These "folks" build and use these "monstrosities" solely for use
in their "keydown" *contests*, (Joke in itself!), OR they use them on CH
6, which is referred to as the *SuperBowl*! That is where they simply
begin and carry on a broadcast with the biggest gun gets heard.
You are trying to look at this with a logical point of view. They do
NOT apply logic!
I've found local traffic of truckers on CH2. I kept an old Tram D-201
tube type base for grins and giggles.
