[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Alexandria EOC activation?

Good morning, Rick and Team,  I will be able to monitor the 315 from 12 pm to 7pm, I'm also monitoring my Dept. EOC as well. They have us all on stand-by for DC and Maryland. If you have a form that you use if someone can share that with me that would be helpful.
