[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Alexandria EOC activation?

Good morning, Rick and Team, I will be able to help out monitoring the 315, from 12 pm to 7 pm and I'm also monitoring my Dept. EOC, They have us all on stand-by as well for DC and Maryland sites.  If there's a standard form that is used if you or someone can send that to me that would be great.  I can reach me by phone at 571-409-7709  and the Ham Shack hotline 11912 if you like.
