[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] WINLINK PEER TO PEER

[n4asx at cox.net]

This allows us to send traffic without going through a WINLINK server.   Not
exactly keyboard to keyboard but useful for local digital operations.  Note
you can ATTACH DOCS and JPG's but you need to keep them SMALL.
