FW: [Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] End of an era

We will have to keep an eye out for when it appears in the "Federal Register."  I am sure ARRL will release the data when it gets published.

Like Ian said, only the testing requirement is going away.  We will still be able to use CW just like any other mode.
