[AK-VHF] Rover Run

Hi Group,

I can't agree more with Ed's comment about this being a "fun day" event.
Up here we don't have hundreds of VHF weak signal operators (yet) like
they do down south. The contest is a great day to have some fun, try
some VHF work without being tied to a repeater, or even go portable and
work from a hilltop. It is impressive how far signals reach from a high
location. (And the contests are a great excuse to put up new antennas.)
