Ron,
WSPR is intended for running propagation beaconing, why not run
that? Otherwise CW is traditional mode for beaconing.
But considering that you are remote to most of the ham world WSPR
would work better plus any reports would show on wspr.com. Not aware
that ISCAT is used for beaconing.
You are at a good distance from me to do meteor scatter (maybe
one-way if you don't have much power on 2m).

We're set up for running the 222 and up contest on 223.50FM (30w),
432.200 USB (100w) and 446.00 fm (100w).
Net starts in 30-minutes on 144.200 USB, today!
