[AK-VHF] Rover update

Hello group,

I'm just about finished getting hardware ready for the contest. I wasn't
able to get a rotator in time for the event, so I'll be putting up a mast
at each site I go to and then tearing down when I leave.

I'll have FM on 6m, 2m, 70cm, and 23cm. I'll also have SSB on all the same
bands except 23cm.

APRS tracking will be on throughout the  event. When I get on site at each
location I'll probably start out on 2m or 6m.
