Hello group,

The finalized details of my planned rover route are below. A list of the
locations and times is also on the AK VHF+ website. All times are local
and approximate.

Saturday Route:
1000: BP40; Sterling highway aiming for Soldotna area,
1230: BP50; Seward highway at Rainbow Creek, aiming for south Anchorage,
1330: BP41; Jodphur motorcross park, aiming for Soldotna, Kenai,
Anchorage, Eagle River,
1500: BP51; Mt. Baldy Trailhead, aiming for everywhere (great location),
1800: BP52; Susitna North, aiming for Mat-Su and Anchorage,
1915: BP42; Talkeetna aiming for Mat-Su and Anchorage,

Sunday Route:
0900: BP53; Healy, aiming for Fairbanks,
1130: BP54; Hwy 3 above Fairbanks, same
1245: BP64; University of Alaska Fairbanks, same

Frequencies:
I'll be operating on 6 M, 2 M, 70 cm, and 23 cm. I have FM on all bands
and will primarily call CQ on FM. I have SSB on all but 23 cm, and will
periodically check in on SSB frequencies as well. I'll use the suggested
frequencies from the AK VHF and Up website.

Antennas:
I will use vertical polarization at all times, and will be using
directional yagis on all bands (WA5VJB designs). My rotator is still on
order so I may be using an improvised mast at each location, but I'll
make it work.

Tracking:
2 M APRS will be in use at all times, although I'll probably have gaps
in coverage here and there. Call sign will be "KL7BSC-9".

If anyone wants to come along and go mobiling for a while you're more
than welcome. If anyone wants to set up a sked to make contacts feel
free to contact me ahead of time and we will set it up.
Thanks,
Brandon Clark, KL7BSC
