I would add that Ken with his NL7HJ call, is
first recipient of the AK-VHF Pathfinder Award in
2011 and 2013 for activation of more than five
grid squares on 50 (five), 144 (nine), and 432 (five) MHz bands as a rover.

BP52 is not one of the grids that he made
contacts previously, so this might be a first
chance to work someone from that grid. I will
try to measure the path using Radio Mobile on
line sw later today. WinGrid shows the range to
be 158mi on bearing of 18 degrees for me (BP40iq to BP52du).
