special.  Considering that Joe has served both as a Veteran and 
Minister of God, he has this wonderful opportunity to serve members 
of our military once again.  You may recognize him from many years as 
a VHF enthusiast and editor of CQ VHF Magazine, but maybe were not 
aware of his "other calling"!
