[AK-VHF] Fwd: Alaska QSO Party Planning

I am forwarding this to the membership via the AK-VHF and PNWVHFS 
reflectors.  KL7YK and KL2R are proposing an
Alaskan QSO Party to be held on two dates:

Feb. 16 1800z to Feb. 17 2359z:  HF 160m -10m
July 14 1800z to July 15 3259z:  VHF

July 14 is likely the day after this year's Kenai Hamfest.
