[ADXA] Club Log stuff

[WB5JJJ]

As you can see, I'm a spreadsheet junkie, so I created a comparison between
CL and LoTW to keep track of what's needed.  I update this every week or
so.

When you look at the attachment, I think you will be able to understand
everything it's telling me.  It has helped to identify several needed for
DXCC or Challenge points.  Some requests have been successful, others go
unanswered.
