[ADXA] Club Log stuff

Two different animals.

A DX station may upload to LoTW and not upload to ClubLog, or vice 
versa.

That is the difference.

Reconciling the two can benefit your #'s. I was looking over my ClubLog 
160 meter record about a year ago and discovered I had a confirmed 
contact with a YB from some years back that, for whatever reason, had 
not been uploaded to LoTW, had never sent for a card, and completely 
overlooked this one for when reconciling my log and DXCC record! I took 
care of that quickly and confirmed YB on top band!
