As you can see, I'm a spreadsheet junkie, so I created a comparison between CL and LoTW to keep track of what's needed.  I update this every week or so.

When you look at the attachment, I think you will be able to understand everything it's telling me.  It has helped to identify several needed for DXCC or Challenge points.  Some requests have been successful, others go unanswered.

Two different animals.

A DX station may upload to LoTW and not upload to ClubLog, or vice versa.

That is the difference.

Reconciling the two can benefit your #'s. I was looking over my ClubLog 160 meter record about a year ago and discovered I had a confirmed contact with a YB from some years back that, for whatever reason, had not been uploaded to LoTW, had never sent for a card, and completely overlooked this one for when reconciling my log and DXCC record! I took care of that quickly and confirmed YB on top band!

I don't understand lots of stuff on the Club Log site. But I'm spending some time nearly every day poking around and trying to learn & re-learn. Out of 31 ADXA members registered, I rank at #23 confirmed. Not too impressive, but at least I'm in there.
Club log has me credited with 199 countries confirmed, while LOTW credits me with 215. I haven't figured that out yet. However, I just re-discovered the "download LOTW matches." Maybe when it updates that will help my numbers some.
--- It is an educational experience every time. I click around for a while, get confused & go do something else until tomorrow. I'll keep working on it. Overall Club Log is a Fantastic resource.
