[ADXA] UI8ABA and UM8MY

Hi Dennis,

Regarding Uzbekistan.  Yes, back in late 80's UI was at least one of the 
prefixes.  now UJ.  I have UI8AA, in Tashkent City, as my lone 
Uzbekistan card from '89.  And for nostalgia, G3SWH, was the QSL Mgr 
that sent me the card.  The old prefixes don't matter, when the QTH is 
clearly identfied, to the best of my knowledge.
