[ADXA] UI8ABA and UM8MY

UI8ABA from 1988 says he is in Tashkent, UZbek SSR.  Uzbekistan is now shown as UJ-UM.  Can I count this for Uzbekistan?

Also UM8MW from 1988 is in Kirghiz, Frunze.   Does this count as Kyrgyzstan, which is now EX?

I’ve done what research I could and not resolved these to 100% satisfaction.  There are some others that may be kicked back but I was able to find enough to believe they are where I think they are.
