[ADXA] WSJT, et al Question

Steve I wonder about this all the time. Over the years I have never had a Windows update screw anything up here which would be catastrophic in many ways. Virtual serial ports, virtual audio ports, etc for the SDR rig. I used the Icom transceiver for mission-critical dxing.I am running Windows 10 Pro. I wonder if the pro is less intrusive?I have seen virus protection like Avast remove and quarantine files like the Icom codec over and over again unless you provide a definition that the program is okay. I just saw this the other day with the Icom USB driver at friend's house.   It was very aggressive. 73 jaySent from my Galaxy
