Congrats on 222 WAS.You are in a small club. I had a chat with Marshall,
K5QE, last night on 144.2 and he told me he had solved his 222 EME issues
and worked NH6Y for #49. He mentioned NH6Y was having issues with a
combiner and he worked him on a single yagi. He says James, K7KQA, will be
going back to OR for him.
Had a cool experience on 432 yesterday...there was great tropo from TX to
Florida along the Gulf Coast. I was on the Northern edge of the blob. I
had worked XE3X for a new grid (EL06) and worked Homero, XE2KK on SSB.
Rafa, XE2OR, was banging away on FT8 and someone asked if he had 432. He
said he could get on with a vertical and 35W. I worked him on FT8 then he
worked Drew, KO4MA. Drew asked if his vertical did 1296! I accused Drew of
being a real optimist!

Hope y'all have a Happy New Year and have lots of radio fun in 2022.

73,
Pat
