[ADXA] New Member DXCC Standings info for Steve, N4JQQ

Steve, N4JQQ, has provided updated DXCC standings info.  He has made it to
the 2000 level on the Desoto Challenge at 2001.  Steve says with the combo
of FT8 and COV-19 he has achieved Digital DXCC.  He's added band counters on
the bands that have been open.
