[ADXA] Noise Floor

I won't be able to see this or any replies but......

I have seen an incredible drop in the noise floor here at my QTH in the 
City Of Memphis.  I live fairly near a busy city street and a shopping 
area.  I can only assume that this has occurred, mostly from lack of 
vehicle traffic.  I wonder if you have any thoughts on this.  Anyway, it 
is the quietest I have seen here in 20 years to include a major power 
outage which lasted for three weeks. During the power outages we still 
had plenty of vehicle traffic.
