[ACARS] CPX decode

Hi Frans,
The TD is usually 2 minutes prior to touch down, sometimes it can be one
minute, but this may be a rounding down error in the software. 2 Minutes
prior to touch would put the aircraft at about 4.7 - 5 NM from the
threshold at about 1250' - 1500'. I have watched a CPX A330 go around
half way down on finals and the TD was still 2 min prior to landing,
this occurred on a perfectly clear day with no ILS so they would have
been manually landing it.
So I don't know whether we're are any closer or not!
The rest of the message is fine, just that damn TD.
Thanks
David
