[600MRG] More RX improvement

With my K3S (transverter mode), using a beverage, I turn off both the 
preamp and the AGC, set to SSB BW, then back off the RF gain to set the 
USB audio level, otherwise the static crashes will overload WSJT-X. The 
software really wants to see wide bandwidth short duration static 
crashes in order to differentiate them from the much longer signal tones.

That said, my reception is poor most of the time due to inverter 
harmonics every 120Hz from an industrial wind farm on a ridge 1 mile away.
