[600MRG] More RX improvement

I swapped out receivers yesterday. It is difficult to pin an exact
number on it but I appear to have gained close to 10 dB S/N on weaker
signals! Oh, and all that RFI I used to have but wasn't seeing since my
return? It's still there. The receiver was just too deaf to see it.

In all probability I am still a few dB off optimum. I need a bit more
preamp gain. It's coming soon.

I think I can improve digital mode decoding slightly by adjusting AGC
settings. The hold and recovery times are too long and are unnecessarily
"punching holes" in the audio after a static crash.

There are so many things to optimize... :-)
