[600MRG] Spots not getting into PSK Reporter

 In my experience PSKreporter is flaky and inconsistent. Sometimes it will see any transmission you receive regardless of format. Other times it needs the "CQ de XXX" format. And still other times it may not see anything from a given poster but see others just fine. Sometimes it will just not post anything at all for MF/LF.
I have learned to take what I get and move on.

I seem to have better success and more consistency with reports
showing up on Hamspots.net than PSKreporter but YMMV..  Hamspots seems
to post anything received in terms of reports and those reports seem
plentiful...
