[600MRG] Spots not getting into PSK Reporter

Thanks for the comments from everyone. I thought maybe it was a JT9
thing, but it sounds like that's not the case.
I sent Philip Gladstone an email to see if he has any ideas about the
PSK Reporter behavior. In the past he's always been great helping me
sort out glitches.
If I do 630m monitoring on a regular basis I should probably set up
JTAlert for that band so that spots go directly to HamSpots.
