[600MRG] Spots not getting into PSK Reporter

Based on Frank's supplied example, he met the necessary criteria for
upload to PSk reporter with receptions of "CQ KM5SW"  so it seems to
be an ongoing mystery.  It could be that a QSO also has to be
completed, not just a reception,  before an upload occurs but I've not
fooled with PSKreporter in so long I don't recall.  I think there are
guys out there that will know that definitively, however.

I seem to have better success and more consistency with reports
showing up on Hamspots.net than PSKreporter but YMMV..  Hamspots seems
to post anything received in terms of reports and those reports seem
plentiful...
