I agree with John, you won't find many stations to listen for you on a 
frequency other than 474.2 USB.

Why the continued use of XSH?  More ERP?  If you have a ham call and 
were not denied by UTC within 30 days of your notice of intent to 
operate (note that I avoid the phrase "approved", it's a misnomer), it's 
seems the way to go.
