[50mhz] V55EME in JG88cp on 6m EME

Today cndx were great again and just after my moon came up, I made another quick 
contact with V55EME.  They were elevated over 30 degrees at the time and were -17 dB 
here - audible in the speaker calling CQ!  The Kp is a bit higher today, though, so 
there is some very deep and rapid QSB on the signals.

If you are horizon-only, Alex asks that you look for them on 50.200 during your 
moonrise (NA) or moonset (EU).  They are using manual elevation on a pair of 6M7JHV 
yagis and have a big signal.  They are calling CQ in the first sequence JT65A.

Moonrise in NA is in the afternoon this week, and the Degradation is very low for the 
next few days so cndx should be very good.
