[50mhz] [Magic Band EME] V55EME with EL system

CNDX this week for 6m EME are the best of the month, with the Degradation under 3 dB 
all week, and a couple dB lower toward the middle of the week.  On top of that, the 
Kp index is at lowest levels in MANY MANY MONTHS!  Kp now is 0.0!!!  This means that 
cndx for 6m EME are IDEAL this week.

Yesterday, with the array fixed on their horizon as their moon was setting, V55EME 
worked 7 stations.  Now, cndx are even better, and - as explained below - they are 
hoping to be able to expand their activity beyond only their moonset periods.

Even if you do not have any elevation, V55EME is going to try to elevate to match the 
times when the moon is on the horizon for YOU.  For most stations in EU and NA, this 
means during YOUR MOONRISE, when you have high gain ground gain lobes under 20 
degrees elevation.
