[50mhz] Another great day on 6m!

It is hard to believe, but we are still getting outstanding propagation at the end of July! I guess the E layer can't read a calendar very well. Tuesday started out like the previous day, with loud and long openings to the SE US from Oklahoma. I had someone nice ragchews today as the signals were strong with little or no fading for extended periods of time.

Then, just like Monday, the DX started coming in around 4pm local. While I was seeing spots for 2m Es happening from KS, MO, and TX to Florida (and hearing none here), I caught EA8CQS on CW to finish off my 6m WAC! I also heard CU2JT and CT1HZE on, but already have QSLs from both of them. Still, it was pretty exciting to hear EU coming thru this late in the year. CT1HZE was so loud I was copying him with no problem on 50.125 SSB.

I never did hear TG9NX, although it looks like most of the rest of the country did. I still need TG for a new country on 6m.

Let's see what Wednesday will bring. I figure it can't be as good as Tuesday, but then I said that late Monday evening also, and was proven wrong!
