I dont know about minivans in particular but Dodge full size vans and
Chargers are used by police and the vans as airport limos, and other
commercial users with 2 way radios.
Id say MOPAR is well aware of RF and has either designed in immunity or
offers a dealer kit for various models.
An on line search may turn up some info. Google is your best friend.
