Bill.... The radio will have 6 Meters as you state. However, I  
checked with Ten Tec about whether it will also have a low power  
transmitting capability for driving VHF and UHF transverters. They  
will NOT put this feature on the OMNI VII even though it is  
absolutely a no brainer to me. I constantly shake my head at the  
folks who run Ten Tec.  Dick  W5AK
