Jason:

I vote for #3.  Saturday morning is a common time for Ham breakfasts.  I
have  3 each month that I attend fairly regularly.  On some Saturday
mornings I am  not up and about by 0800 Pacific local time.  I would like
to check in when  it fits my schedule.
