[30m] PSK net control.

Jason,

I would like to be able to receive well enough to help with net control.  So far since the net has started I have not heard or seen any PSK31 signals at 10.137 at net time.

I am restricted to indoor antenna, eight floors above the ground, no way unless I was "Spiderman" to scale out on the side of the building to put an outside antenna up and also the HRA will not allow ANY outside antennas.  I had a 18 inch two meter whip sitting on my air conditioner housing outside, the HRA made me take it down.  I do not know how to improve my reception on any bands!  But if conditions improve this fall and I start to hear stations I would be more than glad to help out.
