[2m] rebuilding a HXT 202 Ni-Cd battery

I have a charger you can have.  It has both cords cut off, if this is a 
problem, I can rebuild it before sending.

The specs are:

Archer, AC Adapter, Cat. No. 273-1653A, Input 120V AC 60 Hz, 25W, Output 12V 
DC 1A.  From what I recall, the plug on the output is 5.5mm x 2.1mm.  It has 
a built in circuit breaker.  I have one or two more of these, easy enough to 
fix this one if you need it.
