I would suggest the K1EL K-ID and K-ID2

You can mix and match speeds and beacon strings. It's been a while since
I've played with mine, I THINK it has an MCW output so it can be used with
an AM or FM rig, worst case, the CW output would have to be connected to a
tone generator and that would send the "CW".
These keyers require soldering, if you can't find someone local to get
things connected, get in touch, you can send the pieces over here and I can
whip it out for you.
As for frequency, there are many 10m beacon pages on the web, the best thing
to do is find a clear-ish frequency. AM or FM will have much wider
bandwidth than any CW beacon, so the upper end of the beacon region of the
band may be best.
