[10m] 10m beacon question

Been a long time since I have been on the reflector. Do have a question, I 
was given two cobra radios, one is a 148 (cb) other is a 150 10m rig. I have 
been kicking around the idea of setting up a 10m beacon for a couple years 
and being the 150 is only AM / FM ( and I have 2 other 10m rigs and 2 hf 
capable of 10m so have plenty of voice rigs ) the 150 would make a good 
candidate for a low power beacon as it only works on low power anyway I am 
told.  My question is any suggestions on where to get a controller capable 
of a cw string that is a simple  plug-n-play.  My hands are paralyzed and I 
shake so bad that intricate soldering is not an option anymore.  Also is 
there a beacon coordinator or coordination group that give out the beacon 
freq or do you just gather all the info you can and look for an open freq in 
the general area ( such as the Pacific North West where I live)?
