[1000mp] 1000 Ant Tuner

Gentelmen, I got into this to late, but I would think that this is a 
case of Bad coax connections in the radio or in the jumpers going to a 
tuner/Amp or even the coax going to the ant itself.
I can see this with just putting the center connection on the 1000MP and 
not screwing down the Ground Sheild.
It's always something simple, but a devil to find.
