[1000mp] Intermittent power problem 20m 1000MP

Hi Marc, et. al.,

Have you confirmed this problem exists into a good dummy load with low SWR?

If it is not an antenna or cable problem, I would be looking at switching 
relays or diodes within the TX part of the radio.  Maybe the "low pass 
filtering" for 20 meters is selecting 30 or 40 meters in the output stage or 
driver stage of the RF output boards?
