[1000mp] Intermittent power problem 20m 1000MP

Hi

A local ham have the following problem only on 20m cw/ssb.
When te rig is powered up output power is ok. After several minutes
power decrease and than to no power output. Other bands
are not affected. A full reset did nothing. 

All controls and menu are checked. Otherbands are ok 

any one have a solutin where to start looking ?
