[1000mp] PTT trouble 1000MP MV

Have in  mind that 1000mp mkv will not ptt if ptt is active before it turned 
on.
I used to have the ptt lock in my desktop mic pressed by mistake and 1000 
refused to transmit. Check that mox is unpressed, unplug all the cables do 
ptt (mic, ptt, rtty, packet) and try agn to press the mox.
