[1000mp] AW: Pulse + MONI?

Well, it WAS power!
8 years ago we put an addition on our house and my shack was part of that
addition. I had it wired for 100A service and never had a problem. The last
8 months we've been remodelling again and the room that used to be my shack
has become the master bath. I moved into a room next door on the original
house wiring. Not sure what is different, but when I ran a cord to a plug in
the addition the pulsing stopped. Viola!
A quick unrelated question - I have the 200W version of the MkV with the
power supply. If the PS were unplugged for a while, would the radio 'forget'
anything? Is unplugging the PS any different than turning the PS off to the
radio? That is, does the PS supply anything to the radio even when it is
off?
Thanks for all the great suggestions!

Don't forget to check the 110V AC circuit also. The breaker may be making
poor contact, or, one of the connections on the branch circuit may be bad.
While you have checked other outlets in the room, they may be on the same
branch.
If the lights don't blink while transmitting into a dummy load with full
output, then RF may be getting into the power line somehow.
